Luminous Instruments 

As a musician, playing music is a natural activity, as normal as breathing. Expressing oneself with music can be very satisfying, at a very deep, emotional level.

I was honored to Receive a grant to help support my Luminous Instruments project. This came from the Bitsie Clark Fund for Artists. December, 2019. This led to a solo exhibit at The Creative Arts Workshop in New Haven, CT. March - August, 2020.

Four Luminous Instruments photographs are included in an exhibit at The Yale Collection of Musical Instruments: “Resounding Brass: From Conch Shell to Silver Trumpet.”

Movement is a part of performing. Leonard Bernstein said: Music is movement.”
